Q: I would like someone else to make a video.
Can someone at FCPAN do that for me?
A: FCPAN is run by volunteers. If you have a great
idea, we can send it out to our volunteers and see if anyone would like
to help produce your idea. Contact Shannell
the volunteer director for more help.

Q: How do I volunteer for FCPAN?
A: Contact Shannell
by email. She will ask you to sign up on the email list.
You can save time by doing it here: http://fcpan.org/mailman/listinfo/volunteer_fcpan.org
Note: Signing up on the list will not
get a response from the volunteer director. You must contact her directly.
You can also leave a message here: 970-419-3120, but
it may take a couple days for someone to get back to you.
Email is the quickest.

Q: How do I donate to FCPAN?
A: To donate or to underwrite programming on FCPAN
contact Pam
Stevens
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q: Where can I see your programming schedule?

Q: Do you have equipment that can be used by the public?
A: Absolutely. You have to go
through our training processes for using the cameras, lights and the
microphones. The equipment may only be used to create programming that
eventually plays on FCPAN Ch. 97. To get that training contact Adam
Brandon . There is also $30 annual equipment fee.
If you have been certified to use our equipment then you can check it
out by calling 484-3678 or email at Pam
Stevens.

Q: Can I make a video that just happens to also
promote a for-profit business?
Q: Can everyone in my video just happen to be wearing sandwich boards
mentioning a for-profit business?
Q: Can I make a very useful, informative video that just mentions that
you can get more information by contacting a for-profit business.
A: It is against the rules of
a non-commercial TV station to run commercial programming. For-profit
businesses may be mentioned, but only in passing, in the credits, "thanks
to" etc. Be very conservative. If you have questions about this,
please save yourself some time before you produce a video, and just
Email
Us or call 970-581-2730. We use PBS guidelines. You
can view them here. A shorter page about
underwriting guidelines can be found
here.
If you would like to promote your business on Ch.97 you can do so very
affordably by becoming an FCPAN
underwriter
